stinky cheese
26 Nov 2004I really love stinky cheese (much to Eric’s horror). And now, thanks to the good folks at the BBC, I have a shopping list. At Cranfield University, UK they have discovered the world’s smelliest cheese. It is Vieux Boulogne, a soft washed-rind cheese from Northern France.
It comes as no surprise to me that the French were the best at making stinky cheeses. Mmmm. Camembert.
