Laura Lemay is a writer in silicon valley. She no longer looks much at all like the cartoon to the right, but having spent a number of weeks trying to get it to look just right some years ago she intends to get as much use out of it as humanly possible.
Professionally Laura is a contract technical writer specializing in programmer documentation, web development, and content management. For ten years or so she wrote a lot of computer books. She doesn't do that anymore.
